The tool in the video is a completely free utility made by MalwareBytes named Chameleon. It gets the name Chameleon because of it's trickery to bypass viruses of this sort. AVASoft Antivirus is the same as Disk Antivirus Professional, System Progressive Protection, System Care Antivirus and Life Security Platinum.

This type of virus likes to block a lot of programs from opening. Chameleon bypasses that by utilizing names of programs that the virus allows the PC to execute. Some of them in the .zip may not work. Keep trying all of them until one is allowed to open. In this instance rundll32 is allowed to run.
